The Department of Family Medicine at the University of Connecticut Health Center is seeking new or mid-career Board Certified Family Medicine clinician to join our family medicine practice in Storrs & Willimantic CT.
The ideal candidate is a high-quality family medicine MD or DO with a passion for full-spectrum family medicine care . The position consists of direct patient care and medical student precepting with opportunities for resident education as well. Our physicians have admitting privileges at John Dempsey Hospital. Appointment will be at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor.
UConn Health (and John Dempsey Hospital) is in Farmington, mid-way between New York City and Boston and within commuting distance of New Haven. UConn Health is a growing organization composed of the schools of Medicine and Dental Medicine; Graduate Programs in Biomedical Sciences, Public Health, and Clinical and Translational Research.
Position requirements: M.D. or D.O. Board Eligible or Certified in Family Medicine with a license to practice medicine in the State of Connecticut.
Academic rank and salary will be commensurate with qualifications and congruent with AAMC Faculty Salary table guidelines. Positions are available immediately.
