Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and oversee comprehensive training programs for assigned athletic teams.
- Assist in the development and execution of training programs for all other University sports teams.
- Ensure safe and effective use of the weight room and maintain a clean, organized training environment.
- Collaborate with athletic trainers, coaches, and other staff to ensure training plans align with each team's competitive goals.
- Monitor athlete progress, conduct performance testing, and modify programs as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Assistant Athletic Director for Sports Performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Athletic Training, or a related field.
- Acceptance into a University of Evansville graduate program.
- CPR/AED and First Aid certification
- CSCS, SCCC, or other relevant certification
