- Master's degree or higher in social science, program evaluation or a closely-related field (psychology, social work, human development, public health, education, etc.) from an accredited institution preferred.
- Data visualization skills in preparing infographics, graphs, and charts to communicate evaluation or research findings in visually appealing reports is preferred.
- Experience working with variety of clients, data sources, and datasets is preferred.
- Interviewing skills and experience preferred.
Position Summary This individual will design and implement program evaluations, needs assessments, clearinghouses, data dashboards and qualitative or quantitative research including developing evaluation plans for process and outcomes evaluations, logic models and outcomes tracking matrices. This individual will supervise and manage other researchers and students on the team and work collaboratively with their supervisors. They will collaborate with various other entities across the State to collect input, design, implement, and manage projects.
