Non-College Work-Study| Web Support & Social Media Assistant
Description:
The Office of the Senior Vice President for Academic and Student Affairs is seeking reliable student assistants to assist with daily office operations within web support and social media.
Duties:
- Support the Web Specialist in daily web updates using the Modern Campus CMS, correcting problems raised by Site Improve
- Collaborate with the Web Specialist to build a robust calendar of social media content
- Interact with senior-level university personnel, students, and the general population
- Perform administrative duties such as answering phones, greeting guests to the suite, scanning, copying, helping with events
- Run errands within the university campus buildings
- Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Must wear business casual attire
- Must be customer service oriented
- Must be very professional, well-organized, responsible and punctual
- Must have good verbal/written communication skills
- Must possess good computer skills; Knowledge of O365 tools (Teams, MS Word, MS Excel, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud as a plus)
Qualifications:
- Must be a current UHD student (undergraduate or graduate)
- Must have a 2.5 GPA or higher
