Description
- Ensures the esports center rules are followed and helps keep the esports center area clean
- Answers and assists with department phone calls
- Performs general clerical work (copying, filing, distribute mail, data entry)
- Interacts with all levels of university personnel, students, and general population
- Assists in giving guided tours of esports center
- Assists students, faculty, and staff
- Assists with social media posts and online community discussion boards
- Assists with events and initiatives sponsored by the department of Sports & Fitness
- Runs errands within the university campus buildings
- Assists the office staff as needed
- Serves as backup to the Sports & Fitness department
- Performs opening and closing procedures and follows all UHD emergency procedures
- All other duties as assigned
