Non-College Work-Study-Project Management Office Assistant

Department: Information Technology

Salary: $12.00/Hour, Commensurate with Experience/Education

Duties

• Work closely with the IT project managers
• Assists with project-related tasks (update project status reports and project plans with guidance from the Project Manager)
• Maintain information on project assignment completion
• Help organize project meetings
• Take detailed meeting notes to ensure accurate records of discussions and decisions
• Help maintain and update the organization’s website as needed
• Assist with PowerBI Development for reports and dashboards
• Performs administrative duties such as answering phones, scanning, copying documents, meeting scheduling, and note-taking
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned
  
  

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills; excellent note-taking skills
• Must be available 20 hours per week
• Must have the ability to multi-task and interact professionally with students, faculty, and staff
• Must possess good organizational skills
• Must be a self-starter
• Must have good interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others
• Must be dependable and willing to learn new skills

• Must be a current UHD student
