Leads day-to-day level one custodial operations. Identifies and reports maintenance and grounds issues within assigned areas.
Experience: Requires a minimum of one (1) year of directly job-related experience. Certification/Licensing: None Preferred: Requires a valid Texas Driver's License.

Salary:
Leads day-to-day level one custodial operations. Identifies and reports maintenance and grounds issues within assigned areas.
- Leads and trains custodians within assigned areas.
- Inspects custodial work in assigned areas and reports grounds and maintenance issues to Area Supervisor.
- Assists in the coordination of custodial daily work assignments and tracking of reported maintenance and grounds items through completion.
- May act on behalf of Supervisor within the assigned area.
- Records daily time sheets for assigned custodial work crew.
- Maintains custodial supplies in janitorial closets.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
