Federal Work-Study- Student Assistant, Theatre

Department: Arts & Communication Salary: $12.00/ Hour

Description

• Assists in the scene shop, carrying wood, couches, chairs, and other equipment/props
• Monitors the O'Kane Theater by ensuring a clean lobby/space
• Reorganizes the backstage
• Answers questions from visitors
• Assists with special duties and projects as assigned
  
  

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Must be able to lift 25-50 lbs
• Must be dependable and willing to learn new skills
• Must have good computer skills
• Must have good customer service skills
• Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  
  

Qualifications

• Must be a current UHD student
• Must have received a work-study award from the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships
