Responsible for the operations of a complex center or multiple departments at the university. Oversees staff and budgets, and projects.
Higher Education experience.
Service leadership skills including mutual respect, active listening, and responsiveness.
Must be a multi-tasker, extremely organized, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to clearly interpret and implement policies and procedures.
Ability to interact with all levels of internal and external constituents.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Additional Responsibilities
Responsible for the administration of scholarships and financial aid in accordance with institutional goals.
Provide leadership in the operation of awarding scholarships and related tasks to achieve enrollment objectives and maintain compliance.
Advise students & families on scholarship opportunities and present on scholarships & financial aid.
Collaborate with Admissions, Enrollment Services, and campus partners in all areas of the scholarship awarding process.
Assist the Executive Director with special projects and initiatives related to scholarships & financial aid.
Oversee the maintenance & operation of various scholarship applications, systems and programs used in the awarding of scholarships.
Provide analysis and recommendations for the development of scholarship programs.
Coordinate with Institutional Advancement to ensure effective utilization of donor funded scholarships and provide support in the efforts to raise private funds.
Develop annual scholarship budget projections in coordination with the Executive Director
Monitor scholarship expenditures and reconcile discrepancies.
