Performs treasury operations involving cash funds and banking transactions as well as provides analytical and technical support to treasury-related activities.
- Prepares and assists with assessing the daily cash position worksheet.
- Assists with the initiation of add issues for the positive pay files.
- Verifies banking transactions and distributes monthly bank statements.
- Executes requested electronic fund transfers and prepares ACH setups for manual paychecks.
- Monitors and audits bank accounts for check forgeries and reimbursements.
- Identifies, tracks, and assists with resolving various missing bank transactions.
- Provides guidance and supporting documentation regarding banking transactions.
- Archives daily bank reports and maintains treasury manuals.
- Performs other job-related duties as required.
