Duties & Responsibilities:Responsible for all human resource (HR) transactions pertaining to departmental employees including, new hire, position creation and maintenance, employee job record changes, labor distributions and redistributions, historical job changes, reappointments, add job, separations, overcompensation, and other administrative transactions.Assist Department Head, Administrator, or Search Committee with search and hiring process for all employee types from beginning to end. Including creating/maintaining job descriptions, application review, and orientation and onboarding.Responsible for processing of faculty Promotion and Tenure applications for all ranks (Associate or Full Professor) and tracks (tenure, non-tenure, clinical, research or clinical discipline).
