Click for a complete list of Employee Benefits.Description:Under the direction of Program Directors, this position supports the department's Neurology Residency Program by managing licensing, credentialing, onboarding, didactics, and various program logistics.

Duties & Responsibilities

Verification and credentialing: Receive verification and credentialing requests from current and former residents, assist program director in completion, submission, and filing of forms. Communicate with GME regarding verification/credentialingPurchasing: Complete all purchases for the program including hotel/lodging, conference registrations, food order, etc. Complete all corresponding expense reports and order reports.Onboarding at outside institutions: Coordinate with respective outside hospital GME offices to ensure timely start of residents. Instruct residents on requirements and procedures for onboarding, gather and process this information.Filing, mailboxes, Google Drive, New Innovations, Room Reservations, other miscellaneous tasks: Organize resident files electronically within New Innovations and/or Google Drive. Enter resident evaluations in New Innovations for outside rotations. Organize and distribute mail for the program and residents. Set up and manage files, New Innovations, block scheduling, and/or Google Drive for each resident. Assist program directors and chief residents in scheduling meetings, reserving rooms, sending out reminders (ie duty hour logging).Graduation, RITE, Recruitment: Assist with planning, organizing, and purchasing for graduation ceremony annually. Assist with proctoring the Neurology Residency In-training Exam (RITE). Assist with various tasks related to residency recruitment including purchases, interview scheduling and reminders, and preparing summary reports for recruitment committee meetings.
