- Perform all custodial work required for the regular cleaning and upkeep of the building including floor care (wet/damp mopping, scrubbing, sweeping, vacuuming, and cleaning carpet)
- Dusting building furnishings; washing windows and other interior and exterior glass
- Cleaning and servicing lavatories, toilet rooms, rest rooms, showers, and locker rooms
- Emptying trash and removing cardboard for recycling
- Snow removal from access areas; etc.
- Operate equipment, such as floor scrubbers, buffers, snow blowers, rug shampooer, and other equipment related to the maintenance and cleanliness of offices and public assembly areas.
- Inspect, care for, and clean all maintenance and cleaning equipment.
- Move furniture, supplies, props or other materials and equipment, and assist in the unloading and loading of same to and from trucks as required. Perform other related duties as assigned.
