Position Summary
The appointment as Associate Professor will have a primary role in the Doctor of Clinical Exercise Physiology Program and Physical Therapy Faculty Practice; teaching and mentoring students and overseeing patient care in the Medical Exercise Therapy (MET) Clinic.
Duties & Responsibilities
Building a referral base for the Medical Exercise Therapy (MET) Clinic Oversee the day-to-day operations of the program, including participation in patient care, quality control of care delivered and documentation Manages and supervises other faculty and staff involved in delivery of exercise and testing services Academic and scholarly assignments within the UIC Department of Physical Therapy's Doctor of Clinical Exercise Physiology Program Service on department, college and/or university committees as assigned by the Department Head Perform other duties as assigned Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
