Position Summary
The IT Technical Associate (Telecom Engineer MDM) is comprised of, but not limited to, Voice, Video, and Tele-Health. Responsible for the daily maintenance and troubleshooting of the telecom infrastructure and hardware and applications. Assists in the research, configuration and implementation of network infrastructure technologies and equipment as required. Provides level 2 technical support 24x7. Assists in developing the specifications and standards for all telecom equipment and technologies.
Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for the daily maintenance and troubleshooting of the telecom applications, infrastructure and various technologies using management and analytical tools. Provide Tier I/Tier II support to troubleshoot and correct technology and equipment related production issues with VoIP, video and other telecom systems. Install, configure and maintain VoIP endpoints. (i.e. IP Phones, Analog Voice Gateways) Administer and provision users in CISCO VoIP applications. (i.e. Communications Manager, Unity Connection, Contact Center Express, and IM & Presence). Administer and provision users in the call accounting and recording systems. Capable of running reports and dashboards. Manage, create and maintain mobile device policies using Workspace One Management Platform. Manage, configure, and deploy electronic tablets and other mobile devices. Activation and deactivation of data jacks. Upload, update, maintain, and delete iOS/Android apps Upload, update, and maintain Imprivata mobile apps Test and QA new iOS/Android – Manage deployment process and schedule Test and QA new Ground Control Launchpad software – Manage deployment process and schedule Test and QA new firmware for Datamation Docking Stations Manage users and ensure user data is accurate in the MDM Manage devices and ensure user data is accurate in Ground Control Create, update, and maintain workflows and automation rules in Ground Control Create, configure, and maintain security policies on the MDM and maintain enforcement Understand MDM and Ground Control reporting capabilities and provide reports as needed or requested Create, update, and maintain users and device owners in the MDM Provide hardware and software support for Apple iPad/iPhone and Android devices Provide hardware and software support for Datamation Docking stations Works with customers to resolve technical issues related to managed mobile devices Perform data, and App usage analysis on company deployed mobile devices Work with Education team to create user documentation (Tips, tricks, FAQs) as new features and Apps are deployed Maintain the Apple/Google DEP and VPP accounts Maintain SLA’s and customer response to issues tracked in ServiceNow Willingness to work beyond core business hours, if necessary to minimize business interruption. Assist in development of telecom specifications and standards. On Call 24x7 operational support Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
