Summary:
Incumbents will assist in performing a broad range of design and multimedia communications work. The types of duties conducted will depend on the assignment within the department but will include assisting with curriculum and content development, creating digital and graphic designs, and assisting the team with the execution of product development and communication plans. The Design Innovation Extra Help position will support creating engaging and practical course curricula, graphics, media, and visual assets, and reports to meet the workforce development needs of the Office of Medicaid Innovation and its partners. Under the general direction of leadership at Innovation Center, the incumbent will collaboratively assist with and provide support to the team on the development of multimedia content across various design and development platforms. The position is entirely remote with flexible hours, a majority of which fall in M-F 8a – 6pCT range.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• assist in performing a broad range of design and multimedia communications work

• assisting with curriculum and content development and creating digital and graphic designs

• assisting the team with the execution of product development and communication plans

• assist with and provide support to the team on the development of multimedia content across various design and development platforms

• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration or related field.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Interest and relative studies in instructional design.
Ability to self- organize and work independently in a remote setting.
Ability to develop new plans and strategies based on best practices,
Experience in instructional design or technology, graphic design, organizational development, education, communications, or related field.
