We are looking for a full-time Assistant Nurse Manager for the Main Operating Room Otolaryngology / Oral Surgery Team (Team 5). The Assistant Nurse Manager will provide both managerial and clinical leadership, ensuring that all staff deliver safe clinical care and have the necessary education, methods, and resources to meet their performance goals. Percent of Time : 100%
Schedule : Primarily day shifts with occasional hours in off-shifts to reflecting clinical needs and two to three weeks of administrative call in a calendar year
Location : University Campus
Rotations : 0700-1530, Monday -Friday, Weekends, holidays, on-call as staffing needs arise. One-week administrative call 2-3 / year
