Job Description
Required Qualifications:
- Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine
- Possess a special interest or expertise in education at the medical student or resident level.
- Provide medical care for Internal Medicine patients. Provide consultative services for patients cared for by other faculty members at KUMC.
- Serve in a clinician educator role with responsibility for teaching Internal Medicine residents and medical students in clinical settings.
- Participate in regular educational and administrative conferences as directed by immediate supervisor, including participation on subcommittees relevant to area of practice or education.
- Contribute to various educational and clinical initiatives related to specific areas of interest and expertise.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Division Director and/or Department Chairs.
