Your Role as an Advanced Practice Provider / Pediatric Critical Care

  • Manage the care of cardiac and medical critical care patients, overseeing care from admission to transfer.
  • Coordinate care across all phases of patient treatment, including inpatient admission, ongoing critical care management and discharge planning.
  • Provide outpatient and ambulatory care coordination to ensure continuity of care post discharge.
  • Maintain a strong foundation in evidence-based practice to ensure safe and high-quality patient care.
  • Ensure hospital compliance by adhering to all hospital policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Education: Master of Science, Nurse Practitioners or Bachelor Science, PA
  • Experience: 1 year of required related experience
  • Licenses & Certifications: Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) required, Acute Care Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, required
  • Licenses & Certifications: Primary Care Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Family Nurse Practitioner considered IF enrolled in an Acute Care certification program.

Schedule & Compensation:

  • Varied schedules, including night or rotating shifts and weekends, 6x clinical ICU shifts and 1X professional development shift per biweekly pay period.
  • Compensation: This position offers a competitive lifetime salary range of $95,056.00 - $185,848.00, with starting offers determined by experience, qualifications, and other variables.
