Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (CSCS) or Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Association (CSCCa)
- Three or more years coaching at the collegiate level
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Must possess a current CPR certification at time of hire or must attain one within 1 month of the date of hire.
- Must demonstrate knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
- Ability to lift to fifty pounds.
- Working knowledge of the repair and maintenance of athletic strength and training equipment
- Successful supervisory experience
- Ability to demonstrate and communicate proper spotting and lifting techniques.
- Able to travel, normally required a valid driver’s license.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in related field
- Working knowledge of budget and business practices
