Key Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations to assess speech and language abilities of referred patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment programs aimed at restoring function, preventing disability, and maximizing patient performance.
- Serve a diverse patient demographic that includes children, adults, and geriatric individuals.
- Strong assessment and evaluation capabilities.
- Proficient in developing effective treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate patient and family education.
- Experience working with a varied patient population, showcasing adaptability and expertise in current Speech Language Pathology practices.
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or a related field.
- Valid license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Maryland.
- Certification by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) is preferred.
