Key Responsibilities
- Assist in leasing apartments to prospective residents, guiding them through the selection and application processes.
- Facilitate lease agreements for new and returning residents, ensuring clarity on contractual terms.
- Execute rent collection strategies effectively, adhering to established protocols and managing delinquent accounts.
- Communicate proactively with residents regarding maintenance requests and service quality.
- Maintain strong customer relations through timely follow-ups and exceptional service delivery.
- Collaborate with the Property Manager on monthly lease renewals and administrative tasks as assigned.
- Utilize marketing strategies to enhance property visibility and attract potential residents.
- Manage relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure high-quality maintenance services.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in resident leasing or property management.
- Exceptional administrative, communication, and organizational skills.
- Professional demeanor with a strong work ethic.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed leasing goals through effective sales techniques.
- Familiarity with Entrata software is advantageous.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; further education or specialized training is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
