Key Responsibilities
- Assist in leasing apartments to prospective residents.
- Support applicants throughout the apartment selection and application processes.
- Facilitate lease agreements with both new and returning residents, ensuring clarity of terms.
- Implement collection protocols for delinquent rents and prepare necessary notices.
- Maintain effective communication with current residents regarding maintenance requirements.
- Engage in timely follow-up with leads and ensure prompt responses to inquiries.
- Conduct service request callbacks to verify high-quality maintenance service delivery.
- Contribute to the development and assessment of marketing strategies.
- Build positive relationships with residents to enhance their experience.
- Support the Property Manager in achieving monthly lease renewals.
- Manage daily rent deposits as instructed by the Property Manager.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in leasing or property management.
- Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills.
- A professional demeanor and a strong work ethic.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet goals effectively.
- Sales and closing skills are essential.
- Familiarity with Entrata is a significant advantage.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; higher education or technical training is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in customer service and property management is highly regarded.
