What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Care Technician Emergency Department position at University of Maryland Medical System?
Under moderate supervision performs variety of patient care activities for patients assigned to Nursing Units.
Consistent with the Annotated Code of Maryland the Patient Care Technician I works under the delegated authority and supervision from the Registered Nurse.

Qualifications :
PCT POSITION REQUIREMENTS :
High School Diploma or GED
Maryland State Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
Basic Life Support Health Care Provider (BLSHCP) through American Heart Association
