We seek a Business Systems Analyst to join our Procurement Services Business Enablement team. This role will support technical applications used by Procurement Services and the Finance department. The primary application supported by this position is TeamDynamix, our enterprise-wide ticketing system for workflow management and team capacity tracking.
In addition to supporting TeamDynamix, this position will manage and build Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and AI tools to enhance workflow automation, driving efficiency and innovation. The role is also expected to support other Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions to meet the department's evolving needs.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and a passion for improving user experiences within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
TeamDynamix Support and Maintenance
- Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and configuration for TeamDynamix.
- Resolve incidents and troubleshoot user issues.
- Onboard new users and expand TeamDynamix usage across Finance.
- Develop, manage, and support RPA initiatives to optimize workflows.
- Implement AI-driven tools to enhance process improvements and innovation.
- Provide technical support and maintenance for other SaaS solutions.
- Identify and implement SaaS tools to address evolving business needs.
- Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and design tailored solutions.
- Recommend system modifications or new technologies to improve processes
- Create and maintain user documentation, training materials, and procedures.
- Provide user training and ongoing support to ensure effective system use.
- Ensure adherence to organizational security, compliance, and data integrity standards.
- Monitor and mitigate risks related to system operations.
Required
- Associate's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in business systems analysis or technical support.
- Experience with ticketing/service management systems like TeamDynamix or ServiceNow.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Preferred
- Familiarity with procurement or finance processes.
- Knowledge of scripting or low-code/no-code tools for RPA development.
- Experience in user training or onboarding for technical application
