The Recruitment Coordinator works as a key part of the Talent Acquisition and Physician Recruitment teams to help recruit, screen, hire and onboard talent throughout University of Minnesota Physicians and M Health Fairview.

Key Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
Physician Recruitment Coordination: drive the coordination of physician site visit-related activities and provides updates and reporting to recruiters and hiring leaders:
- Assist in the planning of physician site visits, including scheduling of interviews, ordering meals, and arranging travel logistics
- Create site visit itineraries and sending candidate travel confirmation information prior to travel dates.
- Update recruiters and hiring leaders regarding the status of site visit planning and any issues/concerns.
- Coordinate the facilitation of community tours and relocation with vendors
- Support recruitment projects relating to staff and physician recruitment, as needed, especially screening applicants when high applicant flow.
- Process and track invoices related to Recruitment and Talent Acquisition; routinely partners with Accounts Payable to resolve payment questions and issues
- Conduct special reporting, collaborates on assignments and tasks and provides additional, varied support to overall Talent Acquisition Department as needed and/or requested
- Full time, 40 hrs per week
- Remote/Work From Home
- Must live in the Twin Cities area for occasional travel to facilities
- 3-4 years of administrative assistant or secretarial experience in Human Resources and/or healthcare support background
- Some training in administration, Human Resources and/or Healthcare
- Good Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of HRIS systems.
- Good analytical skills and ability to maintain data tables.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
- Excellent time management and communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- 5-6 Years admin experience with HR and Healthcare background
- Associate’s Degree in Human Resources (or related field)
- Advanced Excel and Access skills.
- Good working knowledge of Workday or related HRIS system
