The University of Minnesota Rochester (UMR) is seeking a Human Resource Generalist to support the strategic, tactical, and operational needs of human resource programs within a campus culture of innovation, collaboration, and community during a period of extended, accelerated growth. This role is expected to be a resource for the human resources and finance teams in an environment with a diverse student body pursuing healthcare careers in an internationally remarkable medical context.
The position is a full-time, 12-month administrative position that reports to and works closely with the Director of Employee Engagement, Development, and Wellbeing. The salary range for this position is $48,000 - $54,000. This is a hybrid position, and any in-person work will be located on the University of Minnesota Rochester campus in Rochester, MN.
