Facility Operations
Campus Facilities is seeking a highly motivated individual for the position of Business Support Specialist II.
Duties and responsibilities associated with this position include:
- Research and order materials and services for Custodial, Maintenance and Construction Services.
- Enter purchase orders for materials into Show-Me Shop and Maximo.
- Receive deliveries.
- Organize, restock and inventory materials.
- Issue and track tools for Custodial, Maintenance and Construction Services.
- Issue and transfer materials into Maximo for Custodial, Maintenance and Construction Services.
7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Monday through Friday
An Associate's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.
Must possess a valid driver's license, which will allow legal operation of a motor vehicle in the State of Missouri.
Salary Range: $18.00 - $22.91 per hour
Grade: GGS-006
