Bachelor's Degree required and acceptance into the EXNS graduate program

First Aid certification, preferred.

The purpose of this position is to assist with the coordination and oversight of intramural sport offerings. Employment correlates with the Spring 2025 semester, beginning January 6, 2025.
Essential Job Duties
- Plan, implement, oversee, and evaluate all intramural activities.
- Create policies, rules, and regulations for intramural activities.
- Oversee student staff to include hiring.
- Oversee equipment and inventory control.
- Manage IM league for each sport.
- Recruit, select, train, schedule, supervise, and evaluate all staff members, including game officials and coordinators.
- Assist risk management for intramurals/rec.
- Assist with maintaining field and gym usage schedule.
Bachelor's Degree required and acceptance into the EXNS graduate program
Skills, Knowledge, And Abilities
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Broad knowledge of various sports including rules and regulations.
- Understanding of NCAA regulations.
- Ability to engage with student body, promote IM program, and encourage involvement.
- Ability to track and inventory sports equipment.
- Proficiency with MS Office products.
- Ability to administer basic first aid.
- Experience recruiting employees and managing a team of is highly preferred.
- Strong organization and calendaring skills.
