Job Duties
High School Diploma or GED, Valid motor Vehicle operator's license
Preferred Qualifications
Two years mechanical experience, strong understanding of blueprints and shop drawings
Physical Demands Schedule M-F, 7:00am - 4:00pm; Will be on a rotating back up schedule to cover vacationing staff on the 24 hour crew. Desired Start Date 04/18/2025 Is this position temporary? No Position End Date (if temporary) Special Instructions to Applicant Special Conditions for Eligibility

This position is responsible for the maintenance and service of campus pumps and closed loop systems.
Job Duties
- Pull and clean strainers on closed loops systems
- Install/Inspect pressure and temperature gauges on closed loop systems
- Install/Inspect air/dirt separators on closed loop systems
- Replace pump seals
- Verify and adjust pump alignment to pump motor
- Prepare new and old inventory of equipment and enter data into TMA.
- Assist in setting up Preventive Maintenance schedules in TMA
- Maintain inventory of Pump seals
- Preform preventative maintenance on pumps
- Clean equipment used and assigned equipment room.
- Assist Campus Plumbing department with work orders and back up for staff on leave.
- Willingness to obtain an apprentice plumbing license
- Will be on rotating backup shift schedule to cover vacationing staff on the 24 hour crew
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
