Required Qualifications
- ALA -accredited MLS degree or Master’s degree in Archival Studies or related field.
- Graduate course work or commensurate training in archives.
- Demonstrated experience with the arrangement and description of multi-format archival collections.
- Demonstrated experience working with digital archives (born digital or digitized assets).
- Demonstrated experience with platforms for managing and/or accessing digital objects and collections.
- Knowledge of standard and best practices related to digital archives.
- Knowledge of metadata standards related to digitization and digital preservation.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively plan, coordinate, and complete projects.
- Ability to establish and maintain successful working relationships with colleagues in the department, library, and the university.
