Position Summary
Provide administrative support for the UNO budget manager. Acts independently with the ability to make decisions, evaluate problems and determine acceptable methods for resolving. Interacts with business managers, departments, and administrative offices with a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality. The position requires excellent organization and time management skills, must be detail oriented and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

- Performs maintenance of UNO Org Management data within SAP
- Update and process UNO SAP functions within Org management in coordination with UNO offices, Human Resources, and the SAP NEBIS Team
- Assign position numbers to new positions as well as create and update positions within Organizational Management
- Member of U-wide user groups for Org Management, PA Coordinators,
- Update, maintain and create reporting relationships within campus

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required Education
At least 60 student credit hours and 2 years work experience or Bachelor’s Degree.
Required Experience
Minimum two years relevant work experience. Relevant work experience includes being responsible for a cash drawer, counting and balancing a cash drawer, taking inventory, preparing inventory over/short reports, preparing or modifying a Word document or an Excel spreadsheet, data entry into a Microsoft Access form
