At the University of Nebraska Foundation, we grow relationships and resources that enable the University of Nebraska to change lives and save lives. In this dynamic position, you will have the opportunity to manage and lead WIN, a program that engages, educates, and empowers philanthropists by collectively awarding annual grants to bold University of Nebraska and nonprofit initiatives addressing important issues in Nebraska.
As the Director of Women Investing in Nebraska, you will serve as a connection point with UNF colleagues, WIN leadership, members, and prospective, current, and former grant recipients. This position is responsible for the strategic engagement of WIN members to deepen the engagement, education, and empowerment of the membership to greater levels of volunteerism and philanthropy with the University of Nebraska Foundation. In addition, you will plan and execute annual membership campaigns to grow membership exponentially, retain WIN members at 85% and report to UNF leadership about progress. In this position you can expect to travel and attend evening events.

What you need:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1 – 3 years of experience in a fundraising environment, sales, recruitment, or related field.
- Project management, including research and plan development for new initiatives.
- Presentation and public speaking ability.
- Excellent communication skills.
- An affinity to Nebraska.
