Responsible for the management of administrative operations of the Patient Information Office and for daily supervision of all administrative staff in the Patient Information Office. Responsibilities include management of patient enrollment and scheduling, support to MMI Clinical Directors, patient check-in, management of claims processing, insurance contract management, and provider enrollment services.
