Position Summary
Zone Facility Technician II will assist with the completion of basic and moderate levels of Preventive Maintenance, Work Orders and Minor Renovations and to include the following trades : HVAC, Refrigeration, Plumbing, Temperature controls, Lighting and Electrical. 2) Successfully complete safety training courses and adhere to safety procedures.
3) Ability to effectively communicate with campus customers and Technicians. Preferred Education : Associate's degree If any degree / training is preferred, please specify the type : Facilities Management, related field or completion of an approved trade program in any of the following related trade programs : HVAC, Plumbing, Refrigeration, Lighting, Temperature Controls, Electrical.
