1) Successfully complete required training courses as needed to assist Zone Facility Technicians III and IV with the diagnostic testing and analysis of HVAC, Refrigeration, Plumbing, Temperature Controls, Lighting and electrical systems.
2) Successfully complete safety training courses and adhere to safety procedures.
3) Ability to effectively communicate with campus customers and Technicians.

Associate's degree
