The Administrative Assistant will handle several administrative aspects before, during and after the Clark Terry Jazz Festival, which is scheduled for March 15, 2025.

Job Description

• Advertising for Festival
• Communication with interested schools and/or band directors
• Registration of schools
• Receive and deposit payments from schools
• Organize student workers for the day of the festival
• Coordinate with Fire/Police departments to provide municipal services for the Festival
• Assist the director, Professor Nathan Jorgensen, with any other tasks related to the Festival
