CLC Camp Counselor-1

Camp counselors will plan and implement literacy-based activities centered around weekly themes such as films, animals, and the ocean. These activities include arts and crafts, yard games, journaling, and more. Counselors will work as a team to facilitate these activities, and will be responsible for one group of campers.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Working with the CLC Camp Director, develop lessons and activities for camp
• Facilitate camp programming
• Working with co-counselor, support groups of 12 campers
• Communicate with families about campers’ days
• Other duties as needed
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Some high school
• Previous work with children
• Some coursework in education preferred
