What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Assistant position at University of New Mexico?
UNM-Taos Office of Academic Affairs is looking for a Front Desk Assistant. Come join us in a busy but fun department. We are located in Taos Pueblo Hall West on Klauer Campus in Taos and are happy to have you join our team!
* Covers the front desk answering phones and helping customers who come in.
* Makes sure supplies are available in the faculty lounge and helps with placing supply orders.
* Filing and scanning documentation.
* Picking up or delivering items around campus
* Assisting the staff and faculty in the Office of Academic Affairs with various projects.
* Other duties as assigned.
