Position Summary
UNM-Taos Office of Academic Affairs is looking for a Front Desk Assistant. Come join us in a busy but fun department. We are located in Taos Pueblo Hall West on Klauer Campus in Taos and are happy to have you join our team!
- Covers the front desk answering phones and helping customers who come in.
- Makes sure supplies are available in the faculty lounge and helps with placing supply orders.
- Filing and scanning documentation.
- Picking up or delivering items around campus
- Assisting the staff and faculty in the Office of Academic Affairs with various projects.
- Other duties as assigned.
