Position Summary |
The Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at the University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center is accepting applications for a Faculty with expertise in health services research and as a clinician working with Native American communities, student athletes, and adults. This position is suitable for appointment at the Assistant, Associate or full Professor rank, commensurate with experience and academic background, to join our Division of Community Behavioral Health. The candidate will participate in research and scholarly activities that address disparities in behavioral health services for diverse populations throughout New Mexico, with a special interest researching and evaluating school-based mental health and prevention programming. Duties will also include direct clinical services, teaching, grant writing, collaboration in team-based science, and assisting CBH faculty and staff in working with our behavioral health partners in the state.
