Primary Purpose of Position | Serving as the face of the departments, the Department Coordinator for ECON & FINN acts as a liaison between College-level staff, administration, and department faculty, fulfilling the needs of Department Chairs, faculty, students, vendors, business connections, guest and visiting faculty, and College personnel. |
Minimum Education/Experience |
Required Minimum Qualifications: Graduation from high school or an equivalent combination of education and experience. University Preferred Qualifications: Graduation from high school, or completion of its equivalency, and three years of office/clerical work experience, or an equivalent combination of training/experience. |
Essential Job Duties | The Department Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for the Belk College's Economics and Finance departments and effectively manages their demands and workflows. Duties include, but are not limited to:

Other Work Responsibilities | The Department Coordinator must communicate effectively with various audiences, including students, parents, faculty, and staff across campus. This person must be adaptable to periodic changes in workload. |
