Responsibilities: To set up meeting rooms or conference rooms according to the clients’ specifications (may involve moving/lifting objects up to 50 lbs); assisting with posting of signs as needed; unlock doors for meeting rooms used during the evening and lock all rooms not being used, including entry/exit doors after clients and guest have left. Managing rooms periodically checking meeting rooms to ensure clients events is running smoothly; remove necessary AV equipment if AV Coordinator is unavailable.
Front desk assistance is required from time to time to assist clients and other UNF staff in directions, faxing, postage, etc. Also responsible for reporting emergency maintenance problems to the appropriate department along with communicating to other staff any issues that needs following up on.
