Position Summary: The Program Director will be part of the Notre Dame Futures Group Leadership team and develop, manage, and provide operational oversight of educational and innovation programs within NDFG. This role is critical in ensuring the successful execution and continuous improvement of programs that align with the organization's strategic goals.

- Program Development & Management: Design, develop, and implement innovative programs that align with the strategic objectives of the organization. Oversee the entire program lifecycle, from initial planning and design to execution, evaluation, and refinement. Utilize data-driven insights and industry best practices to continuously improve program offerings and ensure their relevance and impact. Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure that programs meet the needs of participants and align with broader organizational goals.
Operations Management: Direct and manage the day-to-day operations of the programs, ensuring efficient use of resources, adherence to budgets, and timely delivery of all program components. Develop and implement operational processes and systems to support the effective delivery and scaling of programs. Oversee logistics for all program-related events, workshops, and activities, ensuring a seamless experience for participants. Monitor program performance and operational metrics, making adjustments as necessary to optimize efficiency and impact.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including faculty, industry partners, and program participants. Work with external partners to enhance program offerings and expand the reach of the organization.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree, in a design thinking or innovation field.
- 15 years experience in program management or a related field, preferably within higher education or similar environment.
- Proven track record in developing and managing successful educational innovation programs.
