What You’ll Do
The responsibilities of this role are commensurate with experience and educational background. Key responsibilities include:
- Project Managing a Digital Learning Project
- Under the supervision of the Senior Digital Learning Project Manager, serve as the project lead for a cohort of Academic Media and Learning Design interns working collaboratively on a summer-long digital learning project
- Facilitate project planning, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with ODL best practices
- Coordinate team meetings, monitor progress using project management tools (Asana), and foster an environment of collaboration and innovation
- Ensure a successful final project outcome
- Exploring AI-Driven Efficiencies for ODL Operations
- Develop innovative approaches to streamline the creation of Project Charters, which outline the scope, objectives, and relationships for ODL projects.
- Investigate how AI tools can enhance operational processes, from drafting charters to optimizing workflows.
- Collaborate with team members to prototype and document these enhancements.

Minimum Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana) and/or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Experience with or interest in AI tools and their applications in organizational processes.
- Knowledge of data visualization best practices
- Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
