What are the responsibilities and job description for the Temporary Administrative Assistant - Institute for Educational Initiatives position at University of Notre Dame?
Job Description
The Institute for Educational Initiatives is looking for two temporary administrative assistants to serve in 6 month limited term roles assisting with its many programs and events. The Administrative Assistants will assist in preparing events, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and overall Institute Operations.
We are looking for someone who is available to work consistent 30 hour work weeks over the next several months, with occasional weeks approaching 40 hours. Work will be Monday-Friday from 9:00a-4:00p.
Duties will include assisting with standard clerical work (managing expenses and reports, processing mail, etc) as well as some outside of the box tasks such as setting up dormitories for program participants, running errands across campus to our different program locations, preparing course materials for our programs, communicating with program participants and other tasks as assigned by the Operations Associate.
