Key Responsibilities
- Deliver inquiry-based, product-oriented instruction in STEM disciplines.
- Collaborate closely with fellow camp staff to design and implement an enriching instructional program.
- Develop and provide comprehensive teaching plans or outlines with necessary materials for assigned classes.
- Stimulate and maintain camper engagement in both individual and group activities.
- Ensure a safe and motivating learning environment conducive to youth development.
- Attend mandatory training workshops prior to the commencement of camp activities.
- Fulfill additional responsibilities as required.
- Proven experience working with youth aged 6-16.
- Attributes of patience, enthusiasm, and reliability.

- A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience is required.
- Previous classroom teaching experience is preferred.

- Preferred credentials include a teaching certificate (minimum of three years of teaching), a continuing certificate for teaching grades 6-8, or enrollment in a graduate program in a STEM field.
