Job Summary
Executes the daily activities for an assigned program area, section, or special interest group. Manages administrative tasks and logistics. Conceives and implements co-curricular programs to include budgetary preparations and evaluations.
Essential Functions
Majority of duties are sedentary in nature. Position requires extended periods of sitting. Prolonged usage of computer terminal requiring visual acuity and finger dexterity. Must be able to hear and speak clearly and concisely, both face-to-face and on the phone. Must be able to type and use computers.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate field placements and student teaching for Education program students.
- Track student progress and certification requirements, including test scores.
- Help with certification applications and guide program completers through the process.
- Gather and report program data for PDE accreditation and Title II reporting.
- Point-person for the CHS, collaborates on policies, course offerings, and faculty coordination.
- Responsible for central administrative and office work.
- Manage events, orientations, and various program-related activities.
- Maintain student and program records.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with or understanding of PK-12 education
- Experience working in a higher education institution preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service/frontline student service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar software
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in an education related field.

- Coordinate fieldwork and student teacher placements.

- Train and support faculty on Salesforce.
