Serve as recruiter and support for Professional and Executive Business Education (PEBE) programs at all campuses of the University. Coordinate the administration of PEBE programs and the processing of admissions materials for all PEBE applicants.

BASIC FUNCTION:
Serve as recruiter and support for Professional and Executive Business Education (PEBE) programs at all campuses of the University. Coordinate the administration of PEBE programs and the processing of admissions materials for all PEBE applicants.
Duties and Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide administrative support to aid B2B relationship development and PEBE program (credit and non-credit offerings) growth efforts through meeting scheduling, targeted communications, reporting, and data visualization. Generate prospective student and program participant leads, provide follow-up admission consultations, and maintain databases of prospective participants.
Collaborate with the Executive Director, Associate Director, and Assistant Directors to establish admissions criteria and recruitment goals for all PEBE programs. Recruit prospective students.
Counsel applicants regarding admission criteria, courses, requirements, and assistantships. Conduct orientation sessions for new students.
Maintain statistical data regarding applicants and enrollees.
Work closely with PEBE Assistant Directors in developing and maintaining course schedules, and in evaluating and assessing all PEBE programs.
Consult with PEBE Assistant Directors regarding course waivers, exemptions, and transfer credits.
Coordinate the admission process for all PEBE programs including managing all applications, ensuring all applications are processed correctly, and making recommendations to the Directors regarding admissions.
Collaborate with Bursar and Registrar on registrations for PEBE programs.
Prepare various promotional materials, such as digital marketing materials, brochures, and pamphlets. Research and develop contacts with corporate representatives to promote the PEBE programs.
Work with the PEBE team and College of Business staff in administering the programs, including orientation week, graduation ceremony, assigning student groups and classrooms, and registering students, purchasing books and materials, and billing and collecting student fees.
Maintain the PEBE website and assist with the maintenance of the PEBE databases.
Serve as representative of the College of Business at campus, recruiting, and community outreach events. Manage event planning and implementation efforts for promotional and recruiting events for PEBE programs.
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve on appropriate committees; attend admissions-related conferences and workshops.
Assist the Graduate School and PEBE team with degree audits.
Assist the Assistant Directors of PEBE in the development of new professional relationships between the PEBE programs and other graduate programs at URI, business organizations, and
associations.
Assist College of Business career teams and coordinate with graduate program applications Coordinator to expedite application process.
LICENSES, TOOLS, AND EQUIPMENT:
Personal computers, printers and word processing, database management, marketing and design software, recruiting and CRM platforms, spreadsheet software, and other administrative systems.

3. Demonstrated strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
4. Demonstrated proficiency in written communication skills.
5. Demonstrated supervisory experience.
6. Demonstrated computer skills (i.e., PCs, Web environment).
7. Demonstrated ability to interpret institutional policies, plans, objectives, rules and regulations, and to communicate the interpretation to others.
8. Demonstrated ability to prepare and present the results of detailed studies and reports.
9. Demonstrated ability to work with diverse groups/populations.
