Compensation Range :

43,650.00 - $58,950.00

The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries / hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.

Responsibilities

GENERAL PURPOSE :

Serves as the program administrator of two health projects involving units within the University and the NY State Office of Mental Health on an existing state grant for the Western NY Comprehensive Care Center for Eating Disorders (WNYCCCED). The Senior Project Coordinator will work closely with the WNYCCCED program director in implementing and reporting on grant objectives with a special focus on providing administrative direction for Project ECHO Eating Disorders. The latter includes setting up and maintaining the infrastructure of Project ECHO.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Establishes / maintains infrastructure and provides administrative direction for Project ECHO for Eating Disorders and School-based Project ECHO for Eating Disorders, telehealth programs supporting primary care and behavioral health providers and K-12 school staff in Western NY. This includes communication and relationship building representing the WNYCCCED Director and Medical Director with primary care and behavioral health practices, as well as other community agencies to better facilitate enrollment and program participation. Collaborates with the Director to manage community outreach operations and ECHO Clinic activities., Also ensures that ECHO protocols and appropriate procedures are being followed. Prepares regular reports of ECHO activities for submission to NY State Office of Mental Health

Manages and coordinates across projects to organize didactic presentations and manages CME / CEU / CE credits adhering to the guidelines of Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education in collaboration with University of Rochester, Center for Experiential Learning; serves as liaison and educational point-of-contact to primary care and behavioral health practices between ECHO clinics; collaborates with IT on clinic technology needs

Develops sound operating and tracking procedures to effectively manage reportables, clinic and program announcements; compiles, stores, and secures program evaluation and outcome data. Collaborates with Director of the WNYCCCED to coordinate dissemination of information between core and affiliates sites within the Western NY State region, as well as the WNYCCCED Community Advisory Board.

Assists with implementation of project goals. Identifies any barriers to obtaining the stated goals / objectives of the grant and recommends actions to the program director. Maintains a working knowledge of the area(s) of expertise by reviewing research literature and abstracts, attending pertinent meetings and seminars.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Minimum of Bachelor┐s degree with major course work in an appropriate health, social, or business field required.

2 years of related experience in project management or health care coordination experience, or an equivalent of education and experience required.

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are required. This position requires some travel and candidates must have reliable transportation. Need to be comfortable with technology, and have familiarity with Microsoft Office
