The University of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne, Indiana invites inquiries, nominations, and applications for the position of CASB Administrative Assistant: Murray-Achatz. Saint Francis is a Catholic, Franciscan university in the liberal arts tradition. The CASB Administrative Assistant: Murray-Achatz will report to the Executive Assistant for Academic Affairs and will have responsibility over area(s) housed in the John and Toni Murray Research Center/Achatz Hall of Science, ensuring the university's Catholic identity, Franciscan charism, and commitment to the liberal arts remain at the center of our educational mission and public identity. The CASB Administrative Assistant: Murray-Achatz is responsible for assisting the Executive Assistant for Academic Affairs in advancing the university's efforts in implementing the new mission statement and strategic plan. The successful candidate will have prior Administrative Assistant experience and be well versed in office procedures, word processing, data base management, and Excel spreadsheets. The new CASB Administrative Assistant: Murray-Achatz is expected to begin serving no later than May 1st, 2025.
